End Reward release notes
End Reward 1.0 is the Dungeon Helper 5 version of End Reward Plugin. It picks rewards the same way as before, so this page is mostly a list of what you can rely on staying the same.
Choosing rewards
The three lists are the ones you know: Manual selection items, Reward Selection Order and Disabled Reward Items. Each character still has its own lists, and you still move items up, down and between lists with the arrow buttons.
The item types are the same twelve, and a new character starts with the same lists as in Dungeon Helper 4:
- Manual selection items: Tome, Experience Stone, Bound on Acquire Item, Sentient Jewel.
- Reward Selection Order: Large Collectables Bag, Heart Seed, Double Augment Slot Item, Commendations Of Valor, Collapsed Portable Hole, Guild Renown, Single Augment Slot Item, Clicky.
- Disabled Reward Items: empty.
When two items tie, the one made of a special material still wins. See The three lists.
Settings
Both settings are still there, per character, and both are still on by default:
- Pick highest level item, as a last resort
- Start on Load
Because Start on Load is on by default, End Reward runs on every character from its first login, as it did before. The toggle hotkey still has no default, and Reset Character still puts the current character’s lists and settings back to the defaults. See Settings.
When it holds back
The beeps mean what they meant in 0.0.3:
- One beep when a manual-selection item is on offer.
- One beep when the panel has three items or fewer.
- Three beeps and Inventory Full! when your inventory is full.
If the item it takes binds when acquired, End Reward still confirms the bind prompt for you. See When it holds back.
Coming from Dungeon Helper 4
- Your settings carry over. Settings from End Reward Plugin for Dungeon Helper 4 are picked up the first time you log in. Several clients can still share the same settings.
- Nothing to relearn. The lists, item types, settings and defaults in the End Reward guide all match 0.0.3.
- It isn’t bundled with the installer. Download End Reward from the End Reward page, then in the Dungeon Helper app use Plugins → Install from zip.
- Check Start on Load. If you only want End Reward on some characters, untick Start on Load on the others.
